Are you a boss? Do you sometimes notice how bored your juniors are while at work? Here are some of the tips you need to look at to rejuvenate the office.

Introduce the group exercise: Randomly select time when employees get off work for them to exercise. Don’t go for extremely challenging workouts that will leave the workplace stinking of sweat.

Twenty minutes of short narratives, comedies or simply short office games that keep the employees on their toes will do.

Surprise aspect: You can surprise your juniors with chocolates and flowers on occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or father’s day. This will leave your staffers feeling appreciated and valued.

Keep healthy working relationships: people interact more on team building activities than they do at the work place. Encourage those friendships and make people learn to accommodate each other’s strengths and weaknesses.

Celebrate small wins: When someone is appreciated for a small progress at the work place, it makes them want to go an extra mile to achieve bigger things. This is indirectly encouraging your juniors to do more, to achieve more.

Feedback: knowing how one is performing at work is quite helpful if one is looking to improve on their productivity at the work place. It is important to have inter-departmental feedback.

Encourage hobbies at work: Do you have those employees who are good at singing, dancing, story-telling and other exciting hobbies.

Have them express themselves during short office breaks to entertain the team and keep the bonds growing stronger.
