Marijuana to be legalised?

By Pulse writer | Friday, Apr 7th 2017 at 08:20

On Tuesday morning, a social media post created a major buzz as people sought the authenticity of an alert message on Cannabis Sativa.

“Alert! The Senate Health Committee is meeting this morning Tuesday 4 April 2017 at Red Cross building at 10am, ground floor boardroom to listen to the petition on Cannabis Sativa. Media is welcome,” the alert read. No official word has been given by the government or the said committee yet and the source of the message remains a mystery! Is somebody out there trying to follow global trends and working for the ‘holy weed’ to be legalised in Kenya?
