Rufftone electrifies Kakamega town on New Year's Eve

Meanwhile. Gospel artiste Rufftone took Kakamega town by storm during the Pure Praise season two crossover concert. The concert, held at Bukhungu Stadium, he said, saw the attendance triple compared to last year’s.

“I am so humbled by the turn-up, especially from the youth who came in large numbers and I give my deepest appreciation to them because they could have gone to other places like bars and or churches,” said the Mungu Baba hitmaker.

He thanked the Kakamega County Governor Wycliffe Oparanya for giving the stadium free of charge, Senator Cleophas Malala and other sponsors for making the event successful.
