The musical beef between popular Bongo Flava artists; Nasibu Abdul Juma aka Diamond Platnumz and Ali Saleh Kiba and now Rajab Abdul Kahali alias Harmonize, keeps getting juicier by the day.

On 12 November, Platnumz’s ex and former Miss Tanzania Wema Sepetu gave her unfiltered opinion on the ongoing beef between the two stars revealing who she thinks is better than the other in terms of their musical prowess.

Speaking to Global publishers Wema said that there is no reason for her to explain the obvious as it is evident Ali Kiba beats Platnumz.

Wema explained that she is a big fan of Kiba and could repeatedly listen to Kiba’s songs, something her ex-boyfriend Platnumz knew about even when they were still dating.

The Tanzanian actress went on to explain that Kiba is an impeccable songwriter and that his music holds water.

Not too long ago, the actress was quoted comparing Platnumz to his former signee, Harmonize, emphasizing that, Konde Boy as he is popularly referred to, had beat his then-boss at his own game.

Pia bidii zake naona akifika mbali sana,” she said.

Beef reignited

Kiba and Diamond’s beef is said to have started as the two found a footing in the industry. Whilst neither of them has come out to explain the reason why they are at loggerheads, many opine that it is a clash of titans in the fight as to who is the king of Bongo Fleva.

The beef escalated a few weeks ago after Diamond invited Ali Kiba and Harmonize, to perform at Wasafi Festival.

Infuriated, Kiba, in response, however, warned Diamond to stay clear of his affairs.

“Mwanaume huwa anaongeaga mara moja tu sasa ukitaka nikuweke uchi watu wajue unayonifanyia hata kwenye hilo tamasha hatokuja mtu sasa tuishie hapo nakutakia tamasha njema,” wrote Ali kiba
