NRG radio presenter Tanasha Donna has opened up on her October 2, 2019, labour.

In a candid Question and Answer session that has since expired on Instagram, Donna narrated that her child's birth was stressful.

Donna explained that she naturally laboured for 17 hours but due to the intensity of pain, she, at one time, asked for Epidural anaesthesia.

Medics chose not to deliver it.

A decision she says was the correct call as she would gladly undergo the excruciating pain all over again.

“17 hours of labour, it was long stressful and the pain was excruciating but when I look at him I would do it all over again. It was a natural birth no epidural as much as I begged for one at some point when I couldn’t take it, though I am glad they didn’t give it,

On how she has quickly managed to get into shape weeks after delivery, Donna stated, “Honestly speaking it all depends on each body type, everyone is different and everyone has different genes. I personally believe that it really all depends on your diet, genes whether or not you hydrate, I wouldn’t really pinpoint any specific secret.”

Her revelations come days after she granted top Kenyan Eric Omondi his wish to be her baby’s godfather.

Responding to an October 2 congratulatory message from the Omondi, the first-time mother noted that Omondi would be the best godfather for her son.

“I don’t know why I’m seeing this now. Thank you so much for such a lovely message. Continue inspiring us and making Kenya proud! And yes, please! What better godfather than you,” she wrote.

In his plea to the couple, Omondi had during the birth of the boy on the same date Platnumz was celebrating his birthday narrated how the baby’s arrival had taken their friendship to the next level.

“Diamond Platnumz umekua rafiki na ndugu yangu wa dhati kwa miaka mingi lakini sasa umekua familia.”

“Happy birthday bro and congratulations on the birth of your prince. Wishing you quick recovery bro kunywa maji mingi. Tanasha Donna, siz, I am always so proud of you, congrats love, I believe in you and all your dreams. Nakupenda.

“Ntakuja kukuchukua na mtoi next month mkuje asalamie ma uncle na ma auntie huku Nairobi. I know you guys have been calling me nonstop, texting me, WhatsApping and DMing me requesting me to be the child's Godfather, please stop, it's enough. I'll be his Godfather,” wrote Omondi on Instagram
