A video of a man dressed in shorts and a vest comfortably riding atop a police vehicle has elicited mix reactions among netizens.

In the video, the man is seen perched on the vehicle’s bonnet with his back cosily supported by the windscreen.

Baffled by the scene, most netizens and onlookers wondered whether the car was being driven by police officers. However, from the undated video, the windows of the vehicle are tinted, making it hard to identify the individuals inside the car.

Unconfirmed reports have now emerged alleging that the man had stood in front of the vehicle, hoping to be run over by the police.

Questioning if indeed police officers were inside the vehicle, netizens came all out with different opinions.

“Hii ndo tutasema kukalia serikali,”   @abdullahi_savo joked on Twitter. “This man must be reggae coz absolutely no one is stopping him,”@Iamsidneyy commented on the video.

“This guy spent his lunch jana playing with the animal sculptures pale university round about inakaa he really wants to get arrested,” @Kariuki_ tweeted.
