Two ODM MPs become butt of jokes for ‘recycling’ clothes

It's thought the youthful legislators, who are affiliated with ODM, are broke or do not regularly go home.

Two MPs, one from Coast and another from Nyanza are the subject of chit chat in Parliament buildings for often wearing the same clothes on consecutive days.

Colleagues and Parliament staff now suspect the youthful legislators, who are affiliated with ODM, are broke or do not regularly go home.

Fellow MPs say they have been monitoring them for some time now. Some MPs even urged journalist to observe the two lawmakers keenly.

Elsewhere, a vocal lawmaker form Central Kenya is finding the going tough due to the backlash in his own backyard with a Jubilee Party faction.

The MP, who is always attending church functions outside his constituency y, has fallen out with nearly all MCAs in his home county due to his political standing and is therefore finding it hard to hold meeting in his political bedrock.

He is accused of talking too much at the expense of development.

The embattled legislator has even lost some of his closest campaigners due to his extreme views.

His supporters have been clashing publicly with those opposed to his political stance as witnessed a fortnight ago.
