2019 may not be a good year, this is according to prophecies come out as the year draws to a close.

According to Bishop Godfrey Migwi of the House of Hope in Kayole, 2019 is the year of judgement and Kenyans must not atone quickly.

He said that God has spoken to him and tough times lay ahead. Concerning direction Kenya was headed, he said, “The gap between the rich and the poor in this Land is widening day by day, the big fish is swallowing the small fish daily... It’s the year of judgement.

"I saw small child abandoned crying and bleeding by the road side and I heard in my spirit that this is Kenya crying,” said Migwi.

Planning to have merry? He dislosed that it was the wrong time, "Kenyans need to take this festive season as not a time to get drunk and engage in all form of debauchery. This is the time to repent."

He is not alone though, according to the Mirror, French seer Nostradamus also saw 2019 engulfed in misery.

Nostradamus predicted that an apocalyptic war would break out next year and “span nearly three decades” in his book Les Propheties.

He also, in his writings, ‘saw’ the rise of religious extremism and natural calamities of biblical proportions that will emerge in the coming year.

His predictions, according to some pundits, have been eerily accurate including the rise of Hitler.
