Actress Nyce ‘Shiro’ Wanjeri lands lucrative deal and award nomination

After bagging the award for 'Best Actress' in the Comedy category at the AMVCA awards that took place two weeks ago in Nigeria, blessings upon blessings continue to pour in for Nyce Wanjeri who was once called 'ugly' during an audition.

Following her win, Wanjeri has landed a lucrative deal with Downy fabric softener.

As if that isn't enough, Shiro, as she is known in the comedy series 'Auntie Boss' has been nominated for another award.

She will be battling it out with five other nominees including Ghanian actors Chris Attoh, Adjetey Anang and South African beauty Pearl Thusi for 'Best Lead Role in Film (Non-Nigerian)' in the upcoming NEA Awards 2018 which will take place on 10th November.
