Hamisa Mobetto’s mother Shufaa Lutigunga has finally come out to clear the air on the questions surrounding the ownership of her daughter’s new residence.

Contrary to reports that the beautiful house located in Dar- es - Salaam was being rented for Hamisa by Diamond Platnumz, the truth, according to the socialite’s mother is that he bought the house for his grandson, baby Daylan.

Speaking to Wasafi TV, Shufaa revealed that her daughter’s new residence has been registered under her grandson’s name and not her daughter’s name.

So technically, the bongo ‘Kwangwaru’ hitmaker did not buy Hamisa a house.

‘’Hamisa hajanunuliwa nyumba. Nyumba kanunuliwa Daylan. Yeye ndo mweye nyumba. Kwanza namshukuru mjukuu wangu kwa kuja katika maisha yetu. Bila Daylan hatungekuwa hapa. Kuna wale ambao wanamchukia mwanangu ila siku moja watampenda. Yeye ndo anajua mwanamke yupi wakumuoa, na kile ninafahamu ule ni mama watoto wake. Naomba watu waache kumsakama mwanangu,” said Shufaa.

The news was first broken by the singer after he commented on a video posted by Mobetto of their son playing.

“Hope you like the House Daddy,’’ wrote Diamond.

He asked if baby Daylan liked the house to which was quick to respond that they love the house and thanked him for it.
