Tanzanian superstar Ali Kiba misses penalty, his team thrashed 4-2

Tanzanian superstar Ali Kiba missed a penalty in a friendly match with his sponsored club as it played against a side organized by footballer Mbwana Samatta who plays for Belgian side, Genk.

According to Bongo5, Ali Kiba’s team collected four balls behind the net and only managing to claw back two goals against the team sponsored by the Tanzanian international footballer.

“Wachezaji walikuwepo lakini tulikua tunataka kikosi ambacho kinaweza kupambana na timu ya Samatta na naheshimu sana uwezo wa Samatta, Samatta ni mchezaji mwenye kiwango cha juu na kama ulivyoona aliwakilisha nchi yetu vizuri tu,” said Ali Kiba.

Ali Kiba’s penalty  In the second half could have handed his side a decent score line but he shot wide.

“Hayo yote ni matokeo kwenye mpira, ukiangalia kuna swahiba wangu pale pembeni aliniambia pale ehe bwana we, nisitiri ndugu yangu,” said the singer amidst laughter from the crowd that had milled around him.

On the general atmosphere at the stadium, Kiba stated that he was impressed and lauded his countrymen for supporting the iniative.

“Mchezo umekua wenye wenye furaha na kama unvyojua kwenye mashindano kuna kushinda na kushindwa lakini kama ulivyoona burudani imeonekana na tunashukuru sana watu kwa kuitikia, kwa kujitolea, kwa kutufuata na vile vile nawashukuru wachezaji wote walio participate kwenye game hii.”

Mbwana Samatta plays for the European powerhouse as forward, donning the iconic number 10 shirt.
