Proud Mama: Akothee's daughter scores B- in the most guarded KCSE in Kenya's history

Akothee is one proud mama.

In the recently released results of the most guarded KCSE in Kenya’s history that saw only 141 candidates score the coveted A grade, a sharp drop from the 2685 candidates who scored A in 2015, Akothee’s daughter, Celine, was among the 88,929 who scored a C+ and above grade.

Celine scored a B- of 58 points, assuring her a place in public university, which will see candidates who attained C+ and above get placed.

In contrast to her daughter’s good grades, Akothee confessed to having had C+ as her best grade and hence, Celine must have gotten her beauty from her and brains from the father.

“The feeling after she made mama proud , AM proud of you my queen , that mean Grade I only saw in one of my best subjects ????????????, sisi tulikuwa watu wa C+ backwards AILKOPIJA, university here I come #singlemothers rock ???????????????????? Congratulations Celine ????beautiful & intelligent like mum , cleaver like dad”

In yet another Instagram post she promised that she would continue ‘twerking’, to keeps her girls in school, for that is ‘how school fees comes.’

“When my B- 58 points landed at home , am soooooo proud & humbled to have intelligent God fearing KIDS , LET ME TWERK .FOR THAT'S HOW SCHOOL FEE COMES Congratulations my queen , university here we come”
