Hot debates have ensued since it was reported that Mr Gideon Mwiti was under investigations after a former journalist turned PR practitioner reported she was raped on Saturday evening.

Reports indicate that the PR practitioner had gone into the MPs office for a meeting when he forcefully carried out a HIV test on her, then went ahead to rape her. Soon after the news hit the public domain, people have been discussing the ordeal with renowned comedian Churchill Ndambuki weighing in on the matter.

On his social media page that brags of more than a million followers, Churchill posed the question.

#JustAsking…So why would a Married Woman agree to meet a honourable Male MP at 10:20 p.m alone?

Churchill post

The post was followed by aggressive comments as some people bashed him for the “ignorant comments” while others seemed to have an answer to his question.

So heated was the debate that Churchill pulled the post down and went ahead to share posts like,

“No one is a master of everything, we all learn from our mistakes however silly they may be”.

Efforts to reach Churchill were futile since his phone was switched off.
