Barack Obama was joined by wife Michelle to deliver his last Christmas message from the White House with a few festive jokes thrown in.
The First Lady was quick to point out that after their first attempt in 2009 she realised her husband needed "all the help he could get".
And the happy couple were then shown giggling their way through a 'less than polished' version back then.
But even this year's message had a few awful dad jokes from Barack, for Michelle to roll her eyes at.
They both thanked America's Armed Forces who were serving away from home, and their families for their love and support.
They touched on how far America has moved forward in their time in office, before reminding people that as Christians they will be rejoicing in the birth of "Our Saviour".
Barack said: "As we retell his story from that holy night, we will also remember his eternal message, one of boundless love, compassion and hope."
